What is Kinesiology?
As a potent healing method, Energetic Kinesiology facilitates a greater understanding of your body's energy systems. While muscular adjustments can be used to achieve balance, like in Applied Kinesiology, Energetic Kinesiology is focused on the imbalances of your energy and uses specific techniques to correct these. The nine energy systems that impact your physical body, your spirit, and your mind are examined and gently adjusted to bring them into harmony - facilitating the clearing of stress from your body, balancing your hormones, removing any blockages, and shifting negative patterns ​

Energetic Kinesiology will balance and align your energies using a combination of acupressure, muscle testing, neurovascular and neurolymphatic holds, and stimulation. Our Kinesiologist
Michelle Krueger
After suddenly not being able to walk and struggling to get up, I went from doctor to doctor, and had test after test – CT scans, X-rays, bloodwork, physiotherapy – still no one could offer me an explanation. Everything looked normal and healthy, yet I was in agony. It was at this crossroad that I decided to be my own specialist and health champion. I discovered a new type of body correctional yoga which helped me to stand without pain and corrected my alignment issue that had been responsible for my discomfort.
As I continued down the path of self-discovery, I explored every option available for healing and maintaining optimum health from learning Transcendental Meditation to Energy Medicine, and many more.

In 2018 my family moved to Australia from North America, and it was then that I decided to fully commit to holistic health. I was drawn to Kinesiology and after qualifying as a Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiologist, I continued my studies with Touch For Health Kinesiology and a multiple other Energy Medicine courses, including Immune Health, Cancer Support and Hormone Harmony.

This work has not only successfully allowed me to help many people from all walks of life, with various health concerns, it has also helped them find new healing paths to follow when they are at their own crossroads - a role I relish and feel blessed to do.
